Hey there, and welcome to Vegan With Kelland! I’m Kelland Drumgoole, and I’m so glad you’re here.

My journey into plant-based living started over 20 years ago, but trust me—it wasn’t a straight path. As a former Division I athlete, my life revolved around strength, weight, and performance.
After college, without the structured workouts and constant training, my weight ballooned past 300 lbs. I felt sluggish, unmotivated, and far from the person I once was.
That’s when I knew something had to change.

Switching to a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle was the best decision I ever made. Not only did I shed the excess weight, but I also experienced a surge in energy, mental clarity, and creativity that I never thought possible. This transformation ignited a passion in me—to help others discover the power of plant-based living, fitness, and wellness in a way that’s sustainable and enjoyable.
